A Familiar Face Arrives In Star CIty In ARROW Season 5, Episode 5 Promo; Human Target |

The CW has released the first promo forthe fifth episode of Arrow's fifth season, and in it we get what may or may not be our first look at the Human Target rocking a pretty cool costume. If that name's familiar, it's because the character starred in a short-lived TV series a number of years ago, but this is going to be a different version played by Jessica Jones villain Wil Traval when he appears in Star City.
A professional bodyguard and master of disguise who assumes the identities of those targeted by assassins, the character (a.k.a. Christopher Chance) will be an ally to Oliver Queen here, but it's what brings him to this neck of the woods which is really interesting. Does the mayor hire him to fake his assassination and fool Tobias Church or is that someone the villain hired to do the deed? We'll see.
