Magic isn't all fun and games in Syfy's The Magicians, something that Quentin Coldwater and his friends learned when confronting the malevolent Beast at the conclusion of season 1.
With Julia betraying the group in favour of seeking revenge, and the remaining cast set to become kings and queens of Fillory after narrowly surviving, there's plenty of new story direction for season 2 of the adaptation of Lev Grossman's novels.
