Principal photography for Marvel Studios' much-anticipated Thor followup, subtitled The Dark World, will soon kickoff officially this month. And on-location set preparations have even been spotted overseas in England. And surprisingly, new cast additions other than Christopher Eccleston have yet to be announced.
However, according to multiple sources, it seems we finally have word on who else is joining Marvel's expanding cinematic universe. During a lengthy panel at this year's Star Trek: Las Vegas convention, South African actress Alice Krige announced that she has landed a small role in the Alan Taylor-directed film.
Besides the role being fairly small, the actress apparently added that she may not be recognizable in the film, which indicates that the role she's filling will be some sort of creature.
