Armie Hammer has been nearing stardom for quite sometime, and it looks like he has finally arrived. In 2007 he was cast in George Miller's Justice League as Bruce Wayne/Batman, but the film never got off the ground.
After his success in The Social Network he landed the plumb role of The Lone Ranger which will also star Johnny Depp, but that too almost didn't get made. Now the project is back on after Disney and directer Gore Verbinski made some highly publicized budget cuts.
That's an interesting role. How do you prepare to play The Lone Ranger?
Well, my researcher is prepping again. She's looking up Texas Ranger lore and Texas history and locations that are in the movie that I want to know about.
