BOX OFFICE: Early Tracking Already Points To An Impressive $60 Million Opening For LOGAN |

Early tracking data for Logan has been revealed by The Wrap, and as of right now, the movie looks set to debut in North America with $55 million to $60 million. That's a solid number for the R-Rated released, and a figure which could very well go up over the next couple of weeks as Fox really pushes the boat out in terms of marketing.
Back in 2009, X-Men Origins: Wolverine scored $85 million, while The Wolverine would gross $53 million in 2013. Given Logan's rating and the poor performance of X-Men: Apocalypse last year, the fact that Hugh Jackman's final appearance as Wolverine is going to do this well is impressive, especially as it's opening in March instead of the summer like its two predecessors.
