BOX OFFICE: THE HUNGER GAMES #1 For Fourth Weekend In A Row PDF Print E-mail

The Hunger Games is still breaking records four weeks into its theatrical run. The Lionsgate-distributed film, which adapts the highly successful Suzanne Collins novel, has grossed $21.5 million this weekend in its fourth week at the top spot (becoming the first movie since James Cameron's Avatar to do so). It beats out newcomers The Three Stooges ($17.1 million) and fellow Lionsgate film The Cabin In The Woods ($14.9 million). Additionally, The Hunger Games has reached $500 million worldwide, and is the biggest film of the year so far. Below is Deadline's estimates for this weekend's Top Ten: 1.
