Speaking with Digital Spy, actor Bruce Campbell - who previously played 'Ash' in Sam Raimi's horror film The Evil Dead - discusses the upcoming remake. He reveals some interesting new info, such as the facts that none of the original characters from the 1981 film and that this will be a completely fresh take on the franchise. He also addresses fans' complaints/worries surrounding the remake, saying that it'll be "just as memorable" as Raimi's original film. Campbell also reveals that he's seen a cut of the Fede Alvarez-directed movie (which recently wrapped production), saying that it's "fabulous".
