Learning yesterday from the screenwriters that an outline for the sequel to Marvel's Joe Johnston-directed Captain America: The First Avenger movie has been submitted, and that the villain was gonna be "crazy," according to 'Dum Dum Dugan' actor Neal Mcdonough, the following news should come as no surprise.
