It was previously reported that Captain America: The First Avenger will have some re-shoots before the release date, and now we have a confirmation. As you know FROSTBITE was a name while the crew was shooting the film, and below you can read the details.

Then today we received a permit issued for filming in L.A. for Vita Ray Productions Inc/ Frostbite which, sure enough, is the production company for Captain America. Check out the details below:
