John Arturo - When did you start collecting and how did you get into the hobby?
Boyd Gill - It all started back in 09 on a trip to travel round the USA with my missus (were from Australia) and attend comic-con at the end of the trip. I'd been buying comics occasionally over that last few years but never really had much in the way of collectibles, however whilst in NYC I came across the glorious Midtown Comics Store and picked up a couple sets of Minimates (due to their small size and awesomeness) along with a few trade paperbacks to keep me going for the flights and AMTRAK rides to follow, from then on whatever city I was in I hunted down a comic book store to try and find more minimates and TPB's, I should probably have just waited till comic-con because when I finally got to the Read more: |
