According to Best Movies Ever News, Christopher Nolan will be making his first appearance at the San Diego Comic Con later this year in order to promote his third and final Batman film, The Dark Knight Rises. According to their "sources" at Warner Bros., the studio plan on capitalizing on the huge amount of anticipation surrounding the threequel with both a panel and screening of the film (similar perhaps to the premiere of Cowboys & Aliens last year).
In the words of their apparent source at the studio, "Warner Bros was hoping that Chris would take advantage of Comic Con 2012 since he’s never been so it looks like they’ll be a panel with Chris, Tom Hardy and Anne Hathaway. We’re not sure about Christian Bale, but since this is the final Batman movie for them, I can’t imagine him not attending...but you know how Christian can be."
