Here's how Cobie's original quote read:"...And she has superpowers and is hyperintelligent; a very nice, fine woman who has all the answers."
And this is how Vulture revised that quote after they saw the e-storm that it created:

Said Vulture on the change, *This quote has been updated to show that Smulders didn't mean to suggest that her Avengers character has superpowers.
Having done a few interviews myself, I can personally attest to the fact that it's a big difference between writing down exactly what you hear versus editing the conversation to denote what's actually being intended.
