Comic Vine has received a first look at the cover for Batman #9, written by Scott Snyder and drawn by Greg Capullo. An obvious homage to issue 4's cover, but with the tables turned. It's time for Batman to take back his city.

First of all, huge thanks to Comic Vine - great site, great people. As for the cover, this is the big one, the issue in BATMAN that parallels the Night of the Owls crossover event. I can't say too much about it, but I can say that for a long time you've seen Bruce on the defensive, with the Court making its (deadly) case. Well, just like the cover to #4 was all about the Owls claiming Gotham, this cover is almost the reverse image - this is Bruce's time to win the city back, with everything at his disposal.
