Following the news that Marvel filed for new comic book and action figure "Miracleman"/"Marvelman" trademarks last week, it seems like the legal issues which have plagued the publisher since they reacquired the rights in 2009 have finally cleared up. This, and the promise of a major announcement at the New York Comic Con (described as, "the biggest new launch of 2013"), have resulted in our friends over at Newsarama coming to the very plausible conclusion that the following teaser has something to do with the return of 'Marvelman'.
