Thanks to Bleeding Cool we have the following excerpts from a statement by Bob Wayne about the relaunching of the DC Universe this September. It would appear that despite speculation, the new range of #1 titles won't mean that the DCU is starting from scratch...however, with conflicting reports stating that this is a fresh start, what exactly is it if not a reboot?
