Steve Dillon, best known for Preacher, Hellblazer, Doctor Who and Judge Dredd, has passed away at age 54.
Dillon got his start in the comic book industry at the incredibly young age of 16, drawing the Marvel UK Hulk anthology series. In the '90s, Dillon would team with Garth Ennis to form one of the most dynamic and groundbreaking writer/artist teams in the history of comics.
There are currently no further details regarding the nature of his passing but we at CBM would like to express our condolences to his friends and family. If you have any fond memories of reading any of Dillon's numerous titles, we invite you to share them in the comment section below.
