Cool New SUICIDE SQUAD Concept Art Shows Off Alternate Takes On The Joker, Harley Quinn, And More |

Suicide Squad was recently nominated for Best Makeup and Hairstyling, but it was the movie's costumes which really caused a stir last year. Now, Andrew Hunt (via Batman-News) has revealed some of his artwork and we see some familiar and not so familiar designs. The Joker's tattoos were clearly going to get more screentime at one point as the Clown Prince of Crime is wearing just a tie here.
However, even more interesting are the shots of Harley Quinn with a (nude) angel and devil on her shoulders. That's reminiscent of imagery from her wackier adventures in the DC Universe and something which may have been contemplated for live-action at one point. It would have made for an interesting visual anyway, and could very well be used down the line in Gotham City Sirens. Read more: |
