Derek Luke To Reprise Captain America 'Gabe Jones' Role In The Avengers! |

Well-known for his role in Antwone Fisher, actor Derek Luke's appearance in Marvel & Joe Johnston's Captain America: The First Avenger film as 'Gabriel Jones' was revealed when the actor's name was spotted on an official poster. While hes lacked Captain America promotion, a possible reason for that has been offhandedly mentioned via Variety, which essentially highlighted the actor's upcoming Seeking a Friend film.
Luke will soon be seen as Gabe Jones in "Captain America," a role he'll reprise in "Marvel's The Avengers."
So could Derek Luke's lack of Captain America promotion be that he'll rather have a cameo in the film, presumably in the present-day bookends, and will play 'Gabriel Jones' fully-on in Joss Whedon's crossover spectacle The Avengers?
