Cinema Blend was invited to the IMAX event and has a very detailed description of the new Skyfall trailer. From their account it sounds like we're in store for plenty of action as M has lost some vital information and it's up to Bond to recoup it. The new trailer will also feature introductions between Q and 007, but once again we won't see much of the main villain Javier Bardem.
The trailer begins with Bond (Daniel Craig), wielding his Walther PPK, slowly walking down a hallway towards a room where a man is sitting in a chair. When he finally approaches the man, he discovers that the man in the chair is dead.
