A documentary made by filmmaker Jacob Cohl, the son of lead producer Michael Cohl, chronicled all the backstage drama surrounding the much-in-the-news [for all the wrong reasons] musical Spider-Man Turn Off the Dark and it may be headed to a cinema near you.
According to the New York Post,Jacob Cohl, was given access to film the entire production spanning from the first day of rehearsals to the long-awaited June 2011 opening. It was originally planned to be a typical documentary of triumph and success but it became something else with all the turmoil that unfolded during rehearsals, rewrites and injuries.
