EDITORIAL: One Thing I Would Like to See in Captain America:the First Avenger |

I've heard many people discussing the many things they would like to see in the upcoming Captain America: The First Avenger film. Cap punching Hitler, Cap punching the Red Skull, Cap showing his leadership skills, Cap throwing his shield and the list goes on forever. Not included in the list (due to the fact that most people are aware it's not going to happen) is the ever present "They need to make his costume more like his classic costume." While I'm not denying that I would love to see every last one of those things and then some, I think there are more important attributes that are necessary for the film.
I sincerely hope Steve Rogers is the non presumptuous man that he has been portrayed as for years upon years in the comics. By this I mean, I hope more than anything that we won't see the headstrong, quip tossing, Ultimates |
