Talking with MTV while promoting her new film Silent House, Elizabeth Olsen talks briefly about her involvement with Oldboy, a remake/re-adaptation of the manga and 2003 South Korean film of the same name. Last week, it was reported that Olsen was offered the female lead in the Spike Lee-directed movie, and judging from her interview with MTV, it sounds like she's going to be in it (the film has had a hard time locking down cast members before; Rooney Mara and Mia Wasikowska have previously been offered Olsen's role before turning it down).
"I don't know if I can talk much about it, expect for the fact that the Korean film is one of my favorite movies," Olsen said.
