Emma Stone's Gwen Stacy was killed off in The Amazing Spider-Man 2, but rumours (and some Sony Hack emails) pointed to the character returning in the then dated third instalment of the franchise. That movie was going to bring back a few of Peter's loved ones, though there was also talk of this version of Gwen becoming Carnage, because hey, Sony Pictues just does whatever they want I guess.
Since then, that series of movies was scrapped and Peter Parker has joined the Marvel Cinematic Universe. However, it's fair to say that Stone's new photoshoot for Vogue (via Movie Hotties) will definitely make you miss The Amazing Spider-Man franchise. The beautiful actress is doing find without Spidey though as she's been receiving rave reviews - and some Oscar buzz - for musical La La Land. Read more: |
