I'm looking forward to this movie. I can't recall any other movie mashing-up these two genres before. Daniel Craig playing the stranger with no name character that lots of westerns have done before. And then the aliens, which are played by CGI, which has been done before, numerous times. But what hasn't been been done before is combining the two elements.
Cowboys & Aliens is an upcoming 2011 American science fiction Western film starring Daniel Craig, Harrison Ford, and Olivia Wilde. The film, directed by Jon Favreau, is based on the 2006 graphic novel of the same name created by Scott Mitchell Rosenberg.
