First Official HAN SOLO Cast Image Released As The STAR WARS Spin-Off Commences Production |

Principal photography on the Han Solo movie is now officially underway, and to mark the occasion Disney/Lucasfilm have released an awesome image of the main cast assembled aboard the Millennium Falcon alongside directors Phil Lord and Christopher Miller.
The pic features star Alden Ehrenreich (Han), as well as the likes of Donald Glover (Lando), Emilia Clarke, Phoebe Waller-Bridge and Woody Harrelson. Also present is the one and only Chewbacca, who will be played by Finnish basketball player Joonas Suotamo this time.

Cameras are rolling on the adventure-filled past of the iconic scoundrel and everyone’s favorite Wookiee; principal photography on the untitled Han Solo Star Wars Story officially began February 20 at Pinewood Studios, London.
The movie will explore the duo’s adventures before the events of Star Wars: A New Hope, including their early encounters with that other card-playing rogue from a galaxy far, far away, Lando Calrissian. Read more: |
