Fox Dates Two Untitled MARVEL Films; KINGSMAN: THE GOLDEN CIRCLE Moves To Fall 2017 |

Get ready to put your speculating caps on because according to Exhibitor Relations, 20th Century Fox has dated two untitled Marvel films for November 2, 2018 and February 14, 2019. There's no word on what these films might be, but considering where the release dates fall on the calendar, it's likely these dates have been reserved for the Gambit spin-off and/or Deadpool 3. Other possibilities include an X-Men: Apocalypse sequel, the Josh Boone-directed New Mutants film, which is expected to begin production at some point next year, and/or the long-awaited X-Force film.
With an additional date in 2018, Fox now has three Marvel films slated for the year, having already reserved March 2, 2018, which has been heavily rumored for Deadpool 2, and June 29, 2018, which some have suggested could be the New Mutants film.
On a related note, the studio has pushed back Matthew Vaughn's upcoming Kingsman sequel, Kingsman: The Golden Circle, from a very crowded June 2017 to October 6, 2017. No reason was provided for the move, Read more: |
