Betty or Veronica? That's a question Archie and comic book fans alike have been asking themselves for decades, but after seeing these photoshoots via Movie Hotties, I'd say Veronica is the best choice! Brazilian actress Camila Mendes plays the character in The CW series and what you may not know is that she has a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.
That's pretty prestigious, and it's easy to imagine Riverdale being the start of big things to come for her. Of course, when you look at the longevity of shows like Arrow and Supernatural, it's easy to imagine her sticking around as Veronica for a very long time to come, so it could be a while before we start imagining who Mendes would be a good fit for in the Marvel or DC Universe.
