This movie just cant seem to lock down a cast. So far we know Garret Hedlund will play Kaneda and Ken Watanabe MIGHT play The Colonel, everything else is up in the air including Helena Bonham Carter who was said to be up for the role of psychic revolutionary leader Lady Miyako. "I haven't really decided yet," said Bonham Carter, who confirmed she had in fact read the script already. "I don't know yet what I'm going to do next. I'm not really going to talk about it until I've decided whether to do it or not."
I'm not expecting too much from this movie, but since it is happening whether we like it or not I at least hope that it's a well made film. So I was hoping that Carter was a sure thing. Read more: |
