Henry Cavill Talks About Playing The American Icon Superman |

It's no surprise that Henry Cavill was asked a ton of question regarding his portrayal of Superman/Clark Kent in Zack Snyder's Man of Steel while doing press for his upcoming Greek fantasy film Immortals. With all the questions that were asked one of the more interesting bit was when Cavill touched on what it was like to be British and playing a character that is has a huge American following.
"It is an iconic American role... well, he's an American icon. Whether it's an American role or not, I can't be sure. Superman is a universal image, and what he stands for is very universal.
