Howard Gordon Offers An Update On The Status Of 24 Movie Adaptation! |

It's now been well over a year since Fox cancelled 24 after eight seasons, but talk of a big screen adaptation has been ongoing since before that decision was even made! While star Kiefer Sutherland has expressed interest in reprising the role of Jack Bauer, all we've really heard about the planned movie is TALK! Well, here's some more of that courtesy of showrunner Howard Gordon, who talked to The Hollywood Reporter at Thursday's Television Critics Association’s summer press tour.
Apparently, conversations are "definitely happening" with regards to bring 24 to the big screen even now. "There’s an institutional desire to do it. I know Kiefer wants to do it, we all want to do it. It’s just about finding the right script and not just doing it to do it.
