When we last saw Wally West, he had been trapped in some sort of cocoon. Most of us assumed that would lead to him being able to tap into the Speed Force in order to become Kid-Flash, and this synopsis for the December 6th episode of The Flash confirms that he'll soon be a speedster. Unfortunately, Barry isn't best pleased about who he decides to test out his newfound abilities with.
Regardless, perhaps the most exciting thing about this instalment of The CW series is the fact that Jay Garrick will return. He's only made the one appearance since warning the Scarlet Speedster off creating another Flashpoint, and based on what's happening with Cisco, it sounds like the fallout from that will continue to be felt here.
