When The Avengers is released on Blu-ray and DVD later this September it will include a new short film titled Item 47. The short stars Jesse Bradford and Lizzy Caplan as a couple who stumbles upon one of the super-powered weapons left behind by the Chitauri, and decide to launch a life of crime. The short is designed to bridge The Avengers with Marvel's next film Iron Man 3. While talking with MovieLine asked the pair if they were up for any superhero roles. "I read for Captain America.
