Joey King Talks About Her Experiences on THE DARK KNIGHT RISES |

Just last month a mother of a young actress said that her eight year old daughter, Leilah De Meza, was offered the role of a young Talia Al Ghul. Talia is the daughter of Ra's Al Ghul in the Batman universe. The mother for the young actress turned down the role because it required the actress to shave off all of her hair. The mother feared that the shaving off of all her hair at such a young age could have serious societal ramifications, like a lack of confidence.
Either way most people are assuming that Joey King has landed that coveted role. As for Joey King, she is landing role after role in some big time movies. She just finished filming Sam Raimi's OZ: The Great and Powerful where she'll play not one, but two parts.
