Having yet to see John Carter, I can't offer up my own opinion about Collins portraying DC's amazonian princess but I will say that I thought her portrayal of Silver Fox in X-Men Origins: Wolverine was one of the few bright spots. Of course, let's not forget that Nicolas Winding Refn is passionate about Wonder Woman and has stated that he would like to place Christina Hendricks in the title role. Also, recent breakout star and MMA fighter Gina Carano has also generated some buzz about putting on the classic tiara and bracelets. And let's just all try to forget about that Wonder Woman television pilot starring Adrianne Palicki.
