José Padilha Talks About What His Take On RoboCop Will Be |

While chatting with Coming Soon RoboCop director José Padilha talked a little bit about what we might see from his version of the character. He also said that he hopes to be able to start filming early next year. Another thing that was touched on was that with some many people from different countries being cast in American superhero roles, Padilha said he plans to keep the role of Alex Murphy American.
"RoboCop' the first movie was fantastic, but even if there was no movie, the concept of 'RoboCop' is brilliant, first because it lends itself to a lot of social criticism, but also because it poses a question, 'To when do you lose you humanity?'
