The film announcements for the 2012 Kapow! Comic Con have begun and the first big reveal is that Supercrooks director Nacho Vigalondo will be there to talk all about his plans for a big screen adaptation of the comic book series by writer Mark Millar and artist Lenil Yu. Here is the press release in full.
Kapow! is delighted to announce that the white hot, Oscar-nominated director of Supercrooks, Nacho Vigalondo, will be attending their convention in May. Supercrooks is the latest comic-book series from Mark Millar (Kick-Ass, Wanted) and the Spanish director will be interviewed live about the new project on the Total Film stage.
The Spanish director, who’s previous work includes Time-Crimes and Extraterrestrial, will be talking about directing and co-writing the screenplay as well as detailing us on all his future feature plans.
