The midseason finale of Arrow was full of surprises, including Oliver Queen's accidental murder of Felicity's boyfriend and the return of Laurel Lance (who we recently learned isn't the Black Canary who died in battle last year). The synopsis below for "Who Are You?" sheds some light on what's to come, and while it's fairly vague, there's clearly going to be a lot going on in this episode of The CW series.
OLIVER WANTS JUSTICE; FELICITY WANTS REVENGE — Worried that Prometheus is right and he is truly a killer at heart, Oliver (Stephen Amell) looks for any ray of hope and finds it in what seems to be the miraculous return of Laurel Lance (guest star Katie Cassidy).
