"I’m grateful that I get to do something like The Avengers," the actor said in a recent interview while talking about the differences between appearing in a big summer blockbuster like that and a lower budget piece such as his latest movie, Sympathy for Delicious.
"I’m a lot happier when I’m more grateful than when I’m like ‘what the f**k man? I can make ten movies with their lunch budget, okay!’ There is not a lot of grace in that, and it just makes me miserable."
Ruffulo went on to say that he's approaching the role of Bruce Banner as organically as possible: "I don’t know how else to do it. I have to find those places where it intersects with real life, I think," he added.
