The Mirror recently scored a sweet interview with 78 year old Hollywood legend, Sir Michael Caine. In it he once again shares his thoughts on The Dark Knight Rises and how Chris Nolan offered him the role as Alfred Pennyworth.
[Caine] reckons it’s the best Batman yet – although he can’t reveal any of the details. “On Batman you get shot if you speak about it,” he says. “When you do one of the films it’s like signing the Official Secrets Act.
“The director Chris Nolan is the most secretive guy. The first time he came to me for Batman he came to my house in the country on a Sunday morning.
