According to We Got This Covered, tie-in merchandising has revealed that Miles Morales, Spider-Gwen and Venom will be featured in Disney XD's upcoming new Spider-Man cartoon.
The new show has been confirmed to follow Peter Parker, but it looks as if Miles and a spider-powered Gwen Stacy will play prominent roles. Venom's role in the show is even more of a mystery. Will he be a villain or a reluctant anti-hero?
Kevin Shinick (Robot Chicken) and Philip Pignotti (Avengers Assemble) are serving as executive producers on the show.
