Next week, Oliver teams-up with his old friend Christopher Chance a.k.a. the Human Target to rescue Wild Dog from Tobias Church's torturous methods. However, before he can get to that, Mayor Queen is going to need to survive a deadly attack from an unknown assailant. Elsewhere, Felicity's dual lives collide as Detective Malone joins the ACU.
