With The Vampire Diaries entering its home stretch, it was only a matter of time before we caught a look at one of their most dastardly villains ever.
Last we saw Kai, he had placed Elena into a nearly century-long slumber and had then promptly been decapitated by Damon, but despite that, next week, he's back and this time, he's (possibly) seeking redemption as he offers his services to Damon & Alaric, so they can stop Cade once and for all. Meanwhile, Stefan continues to deal with life as a human and is forced to relive a dark memory from his past while Cade goes after Bonnie.
