Last night, Stefan sold his soul to the Devil and next week's midseason finale will see him live out his final day as a free man.
Coincidentally, his last day happens to fall on Christmas Eve, but judging by the latest promo and stills, it doesn't really look like anyone's in the holiday spirit, especially after Damon & Sybil crash the festivities and send everyone into a frenzy. The episode will also delve further into Stefan's dark past as Cade works on bringing the younger Salvatore deeper into the dark side.
