Tobias Church is proving to be a major thorn in Oliver's side and it doesn't look like the pain's going to stop anytime soon. This week, he's captured Wild Dog, which puts Oliver in a serious bind and leads him to recruit an old friend, Christopher Chance a.k.a. the Human Target.
