I was part of the lucky few that was able to get into The Avengers. It was a long wait to get into the show. I actually didn't even intend to see The Avengers. I planned to roll the dice with the Sony panel and stand in line several hours early, hoping to see the Ghost Rider and Total Recall footage. Even though I came early and wasn't that far from the main event gate, I couldn't get in. It appears that the main theater showed Nikita footage several hours earlier and not many people left.
The reason? The policy was that if you watch anything at the main theater you can stay there all day. You won't get kicked out. Only issue is that if you have to pee, you won't be let back in. So people planned early for The Avengers by attending an earlier show with a lack Read more: |
