It may be only one page of original art from Frank Miller's Dark Knight Returns, but someone thought it is well worth the money:
"They figured it would sell for at least $100,000. Well, the auction was yesterday, and it sold for $448,125, making it "the single most valuable piece of American comic art to ever sell."
That is a lot of money for only one page of art. But still, it is a great art from amazing four-issue comic book series. The person who bought it is anonymous. Here are some more details on the art, and a quote from Frank Miller himself:
