As I write this, Green Lantern currently sits on Rotten Tomatoes at 20% based on 30 reviews. However, 95% of people still want to see the movie according to the site. While the critics often have little impact on the box office takings (just look at the financial success of the panned sequel, The Hangover II) it's bound to have some sort of effect, even if it's just a small one. The question is, has it made you reconsider seeing Green Lantern this coming Friday? Will you now be waiting a couple of weeks to get a better idea of what regular movie-goers make of it, or skipping it altogether?
