Prometheus definitely appears to be a film that fans either love or hate. Despite the fact that it currently sits on Rotten Tomatoes with an impressive 74%, you need only take a look at Twitter or the comments right here on CBM to see just how divided fans are. However, the "Certified Fresh" statement on the review aggregator arguably sums up how the majority of people have felt after seeing the film: "Ridley Scott's ambitious quasi-prequel to Alien may not answer all of its big questions, but it's redeemed by its haunting visual grandeur and compelling performances -- particularly Michael Fassbender as a fastidious android."
