Season five of Arrow recently teased us with the possibility that the Deputy Mayor is secretly Prometheus, but with Quentin Lance now safely tucked away in rehab, his identity is back to being a mystery. One thing we do know after this week's instalment of The CW series is that Artemis has betrayed Oliver and Team Arrow, though her relationship with the villain is unclear for the time being.
The synopsis below confirms that Prometheus has learned the secret identities of the entire team of vigilantes, and it sounds like we'll be getting a major clue about who he is behind the mask here too.
