The following chapter details the events that occur immediately after the prologue in the movie, as Mayor Garcia makes his speech on "Harvey Dent Day". Most of the character's dialogue is pretty much identical, but we get better insights into what's going on in their heads, and it makes for a very interesting read. I haven't read either of the other novelizations in the series but I'll definitely be picking this one up..
"Harvey Dent Day may not be our oldest public holiday," Mayor Anthony Garcia declared, "but we're here tonight because it's one of the most important. Harvey Dent's uncompromising stand against organized crime and, yes, ultimately, his sacrifice, have made Gotham a safer place than it was at the time of his death, eight years ago."
